AutoPilot Social is an AI-powered autonomous social media management platform that:

• Learns your brand identity, tone, and visual style
• Generates social media content using artificial intelligence
• Schedules and publishes posts across multiple social media platforms
• Provides analytics and performance insights
• Manages multiple brands and social media accounts

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer multiple subscription plans with different features and limits:

• Free Plan: Limited features, 10 posts/month, Facebook only
• Starter Plan: $19/month, 25 posts/month, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Professional Plan: $49/month, 100 posts/month, All platforms + Twitter/X, Advanced Brand Learning with RAG
• Scale Plan: $99/month, 400 posts/month, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Advanced Brand Learning with RAG

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

4.3 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card required. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your billing period.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are provided only as required by law or at our sole discretion. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the free trial period.

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or generate using our Service ("User Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is based on your brand information and preferences. You own the rights to AI-generated content created for your account, subject to these Terms.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to use our Service to create, post, or publish content that:

• Violates any law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Is pornographic, obscene, or offensive
• Promotes illegal activities or violence
• Violates platform-specific terms of service

5.4 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and AI technology, is owned by AutoPilot Social and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6.1 Platform Connections

Our Service integrates with third-party social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). By connecting your accounts, you authorize us to:

• Access your account information and content
• Post content on your behalf
• Retrieve analytics and engagement data
• Manage your social media presence

6.2 Platform Terms

Your use of social media platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our Service complies with all platform rules and guidelines.

6.3 Platform Changes

Social media platforms may change their APIs, terms, or policies at any time. We are not responsible for platform changes that affect our Service's functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to platform changes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or algorithms

8.1 Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• AI-generated content will be perfect or error-free
• Social media platforms will accept all posts

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOPILOT SOCIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services
• Damages resulting from content posted on social media
• Platform account suspensions or terminations
• AI-generated content errors or inaccuracies

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoPilot Social, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content posted on social media platforms through our Service

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through your account settings.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse or misuse the Service

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
